Shipping Policy - CurveConfidents by Sablo Studio FZE
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Within the UAE — Free shipping on all orders above 200 AED. Orders below 200 AED carry a flat shipping fee of 15 AED. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) — Flat shipping rate of 30 AED per order. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery for all UAE orders. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will contact you before arrival to confirm your order and delivery slot. COD is currently available within the UAE only.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time through our courier partner's tracking system.
Failed Delivery Attempts If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after two attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. To arrange redelivery, please contact us within 48 hours at uamanager@sablostudio.com. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Customs & Duties All UAE and GCC orders are fully compliant with local customs regulations. No additional customs duties apply for UAE deliveries. For GCC orders, any applicable import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Email us at uamanager@sablostudio.com or contact us at +971 52 581 8778. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at uamanager@sablostudio.com and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
