Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos to start a return.
We accept returns for:
- Damaged or defective items — free return and replacement
- Wrong item received — free return and correct item sent
- Wrong size — free exchange within 30 days
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or altered items, items without original packaging, or sale items.
How to Return Email uamanager@sablostudio.com or contact us at+971 52 581 8778 with your order number and photos. We respond within 24 hours. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Card payments are refunded to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer to your UAE account.
Damaged or Wrong Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement or full refund immediately.
COD Returns Please do not refuse delivery. Accept the package, inspect it, and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
