Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. No minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take? We dispatch same day and deliver within 1–2 business days anywhere in the UAE.
Do you ship outside the UAE? Currently we focus on UAE delivery to ensure the fastest possible service. International shipping coming soon.

Payment:

Do you accept Cash on Delivery? Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE so you can pay when your order arrives.
What other payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as secure online payment at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy? We offer 30-day returns on all items. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
Do you offer free exchanges? Yes, exchanges are completely free. If the size isn't right, we'll swap it for you with no hassle.

Sizing:

How do I find my size? Please refer to the size guide available on each product page. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for all-day comfort.
What sizes do you carry? We carry XS through XXL. We believe confidence has no size limit.

Orders:

How can I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation message with full tracking details.
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes before dispatch.
